Lawrence Jackson, Metro Beautification Neighborhood Liaison, was recently presented with Flatrock Heritage Foundation, Inc.'s Good Neighbor Award . "This award is for Lawrence's continued spport on our behalf, " remarked Noel Whitley, past-president of Flatrock. "We are incredibly thankful; it is so nice to have our Metro Departments expend positive energy on our behalf." Flatrock Heritage Foundation, Inc. represents the Glencliff, Radnor and Woodbine neighborhoods. Michael Hullett is the current president.
