Mike joined the Division of Purchasing and Contract Management in 1985. His prior experience was with Shoney's Inc. where he served as Office Manager and Director of Distribution in their Distribution Center for 13 years. Mike brought to Metro an experienced background of warehousing, purchasing and customer service. Mike served as Store Manager of Metro's Office Supply Storeroom for 16 years and since 2001 has been a buyer in our Purchasing Department.
Mr. Allen is a native Nashvillian, graduating from Donelson High School and is an active member of the local NIGP Chapter.
