Who We Are

The purpose of the Strategic Management Team is to provide strategic plans, business process and strategic plan maintenance to Elected Officials, Mayor, Council, Department Directors, upper and day to day managers and front –line staff and citizens so citizens can see value in the way their tax dollars are being spent and so internal customers can make data driven decisions to achieve their goals.

What We Do

  • Provide training to Metro employees
  • Provide data collection tools to departments
  • Inform the budget process by providing performance information to decision-makers so they can make effective and efficient operational decisions
  • Inform citizens of Metro’s performance
  • Inform citizens on how to become more involved in their government
