Metropolitan Historic Zoning Commission Meetings
The Metropolitan Historic Zoning Commission (MHZC) meets at 1:30 p.m. the third Wednesday of each month. Complete applications need to be submitted to MHZC staff two weeks before the next regularly scheduled hearing. Incomplete applications will be continued each month until complete documentation is received. Meetings are open to the public.
Complete applications are due two (2) weeks prior to the hearing.
