The Planning Commission unanimously approved the "Community Character Manual" on August 14 - it replaces the Land Use Policy Application as the basic document outlining land use policy in Nashville and Davidson County.
The document on this page is the final draft as presented to the Commission; a newer version incorporating some minor housekeeping changes is being prepared and will be posted soon.
