Madison residents are helping shape their community's future
Planners, Metro Council members, and Madison residents met August 26 to discuss their vision for growth and development; the planners' presentation is on our Madison community page, and a summary of the conversation will be posted later this week.
Bakertown/Antioch Pike draft plan is now online
A draft of the Bakertown/Antioch Pike SP concept plan is now on our Antioch/Priest Lake community page; it's scheduled to go to the Planning Commission at the September 25 regular meeting.

Planning Commission approves new land-use policy document
Commissioners unanimously approved the "Community Character Manual" on August 14 - it replaces the Land Use Policy Application as the basic document outlining land use policy in Nashville and Davidson County.The document as presented to the Commission is on our CCM webpage; a final version incorporating some minor housekeeping changes is being prepared and will be posted soon.
