South Nashville Community Plan (Subarea 11)
South Nashville Plan update now available as PDF or hard copy
The Planning Commission adopted the latest version of the South Nashville Community Plan on December 13, 2007; it covers an area roughly from Franklin Road east to Massman Drive, south to Harding Place, and north to Interstate 40. Community plans are regularly updated every seven to ten years; the South Nashville plan is available as a PDF at the link below, or as a paper copy by contacting our service counter at 862-7190 or planningstaff@nashville.gov. The PDF is free; the $23.44 fee for a paper copy covers production costs.
