Bordeaux-Whites Creek Community Plan (Subarea 3)
Planning Commission approves Scottsboro/Bells Bend Detailed Design Plan
The Planning Commission unanimously adopted a Detailed Design Plan for the Scottsboro/Bells Bend community on August 14, 2008, excepting a proposed alternative development area within the plan. Action on that area was deferred indefinitely.

Bordeaux-Whites Creek Community Plan
The Metro Planning Commission adopted the Bordeaux-Whites Creek Community Plan in 2003, and amended it in 2004 and 2005.
Land use policies applied in the Community Plan are described in the Land Use Policy Application. On August 14, 2008, the Planning Commission approved a new land-use document, the Community Character Manual, which replaces the Land Use Policy Application. The CCM will be used as community plans and amendments are updated in Subarea 3.

- Amendment 1 - Adopted January 22, 2004; includes detailed neighborhood design plans for four neighborhoods along Clarksville Pike
- Amendment 2 - Adopted May 13, 2004; updates land-use policy
- Amendment 3 - Adopted September 8, 2005; updates land-use policy near Ashland City Highway and Drakes Branch Road
- Amendment 4 - Adopted December 8, 2005; updates land-use policy near the former Wade School building
- Amendment 5 - Adopted December 13, 2007; changes land use policy on 12.9 acres south of Kings Lane and west of Clarksville Pike
Clarksville Pike Corridor Master Plan
The Corridor Master Plan is a Detailed Neighborhood Design Plan for the Clarksville Pike Corridor.
