Hillsboro Circle Project in Green Hills
Final paving on Hillsboro Circle from Hobbs Road to Abbott Martin Road was completed on August 22nd, and new signals at both entrances to the new Hill Center development have been activated.
The new signals -- on Hillsboro Circle at the Green Hills YMCA and on Hillsboro Pike at Warfield Drive -- were installed and on flash until the Hillsboro Circle paving work was finished. They will be fully operational on Friday, August 24th.
The Hillsboro Circle paving project combined the two inside lanes into a dedicated turn lane, and the north- and south-bound lanes widened to 14 feet to improve traffic flow and the pedestrian and cycling experience.
