SWGR Pre-Construction Meeting Application

Please Note: Applications must be received by 3:30 PM on Thursdays to be included on the following Tuesday's pre-con. After submitting application you should instantly receive verification of submission and a reply from NPDES within 24 hours. If you do not, please dial 615-880-2420.

In order to schedule a project for a Stormwater pre-construction meeting all required items on this form must be filled in. Once grading plans have been approved by the Stormwater Plans Review Section (PRS...862-4705), this application will be used to schedule the pre-construction meeting. Prior to the pre-construction meeting please contact the following departments for their review and signoffs. Your grading permit will not be issued until these departments signoff on the grading permit.

Precon meetings are held at MWS NPDES Office 1607 County Hospital Road. Please be on time for your scheduled meeting. Tardiness may result in re-scheduling. Once scheduled, confirmations will be sent via email to the applicant and the owner. Grading permits can be tracked online.

Once you have checked the "EPSC" box above and have clicked on the "Submit Request" button you should see a new page that says "Thank You". This confirms that your application was filled in properly. If you do not see this "Thank You" page please scroll up the page and see which fields are required for you to fill out. Then try to submit your request again. After submitting application you should instantly receive verification of submission (Thank You) and a reply from NPDES within 24 hours. If you do not, please dial 615-880-2420.
