Stormwater strives to effectively solve Stormwater related problems for Davidson County (excluding its satellite cities) by cleaning, repairing, and construction storm sewer system to prevent flooding and damaging properties and homes.
Before and After
The City of Nashville developed our Stormwater Maintenance Section to comply with State and Federal regulations and improve the quality of life in our city. Stormwater Maintenance projects and crews reduce the amount of pollution in the Stormwater that runs off into our lakes and streams.
What is Stormwater?
Stormwater is the water that originates during a rain event and runs off surfaces such as rooftops, driveways, parking lots, and streets.
