2012 Voter Identification Requirements
Federal or State government issued photo ID is now required to vote, unless an exception applies. College student IDs will not be accepted. To learn more about the new law and its exceptions, please call the Davidson County Election Commission. (Effective JANUARY 1, 2012)

Mission Statement
The mission of the Davidson County Election Commission is to provide federal, state, and local election products to eligible citizens of Davidson County so they have equal access to the election process and can exercise their right to vote.
