FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Tiffany Spence, 31, surrendered herself this evening on a grand jury indictment charging her with first-degree murder for the March 13th shooting death of her estranged husband, Fabian Spence.
Tiffany Spence initially told detectives that she shot her estranged husband in self-defense. The forensic evidence on the scene indicated otherwise. During a subsequent interview with Hermitage Precinct Detectives Andy Injaychock and Johnny Crumby, Spence admitted that she planned the shooting.
Fabian Spence, 29, died on the front porch of his 1709 Stonewater Drive home in Hermitage of a gunshot wound to the back.
