Three Officers Promoted to Sergeant to Fill Existing Precinct Vacancies

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Chief Steve Anderson today announced the promotion of three officers to the rank of sergeant to fill existing vacancies in the Field Operations Bureau.
         
Officer Daniel Cole, an 8-year police department veteran who is presently a Field Training Officer on the West Precinct’s day shift, will now be a supervisor on the East Precinct’s evening shift.  Cole holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Trevecca Nazarene University.
         
Officer Carroll Fondaw, a 6-year police department veteran who is presently a Field Training Officer on the Central Precinct’s day shift, will now be a supervisor on the Midtown Hills Precinct’s overnight shift.
         
Officer Ted Woosley, a 9-year police department veteran who is presently assigned as a Madison Precinct flex officer, will now be a supervisor on the Midtown Hills Precinct’s evening shift.  Woosley holds an Associate’s Degree from Nashville State Community College.
