If you would like to make a public comment, you may do so using the Public Comment Form no later than Tuesday, January 17. Comments provided by email, social media, or on any other platform will not be accepted or included as public comments. For complete details, please refer to the Metro Arts Commission Public Comment Policy.
This meeting is open to the public. If possible, please try to arrive at least 10 minutes before the meeting starts. You can locate parking and our building entrance using the map below. Once you arrive, please check-in with a Metro Arts staff member who will direct you to meeting materials and the public seating area. When COVID transmission rates are high, we encourage everyone to wear masks and maintain social distancing.
For those wishing to address the Commission in person at the meeting, please note that the Commission will take up to 10 members of the public on an agenda topic. Commenters must either be residents of Davidson County or work in an arts organization whose work is predominantly (55% or more) in Davidson County. When invited to speak, please state your name and agenda item you are addressing so we can include it in the minutes for this meeting. Each commenter is limited 2 minutes.
