If you would like to make a public comment via e-mail on a specific agenda item, click the preceding link and include your name, address, and comment by Tuesday, February 16. Please make sure to read the instructions and conditions for public comments.

If you would like to attend the meeting, please use the following WebEx information. For each agenda item, the Chair will give members of the public instructions on when and how to make live public comment during the meeting.

Please join this meeting at least 15 minutes before the meeting starts.

When it is time, you may join the event.

If you would like to join via phone:

1. Call ‘415-655-0002’.
2. When prompted for the meeting access code, enter ‘146 156 7499’ followed by #.
3. When prompted, press # to indicate you are an attendee.

If the link does not work:

1. Go to Nashville.webex.com.
2. Enter ‘146 156 7499’ in the Join Meeting Text box and hit enter.
3. Fill in your information on the right hand-side.
4. Enter the Event Password, enter ‘metro’.
5. Click on ‘Join Now’.
