Davidson County nonprofit organizations may now apply for the Tennessee Arts Commission’s Arts Build Communities (ABC) grants for arts projects that broaden access to arts experiences, address community quality of life issues through the arts, or enhance sustainability of asset-based cultural enterprises. The Metro Nashville Arts Commission (“Metro Arts”) administers ABC grants in Nashville and Davidson County.
The Arts Build Communities (ABC) grant program offers up to $3500 of support for projects that broaden access to arts experiences, address community quality of life issues through the arts, or enhance the sustainability of asset-based cultural enterprises. Organizations must complete the grants application by 11:59 p.m. on July 1, 2021.
New and returning applicants are invited to join Metro Arts for a virtual training workshop about program requirements, the application process, and grant procedures at 10:00 a.m. Central Time, May 11.
Applicants may view examples of previous ABC projects on Metro Arts’ blog and contact Program and Evaluation Coordinator Marysa LaRowe with questions.
