This meeting is to discuss Capital Improvements Budget items related to the planned East Bank infrastructure improvements that would establish a multimodal transportation network connecting future East Bank neighborhoods to surrounding communities.
The meeting will include a presentation by Metro Planning to update Metro Council about the East Bank Planning Study community engagement efforts and the engineering and design consultants’ scope of work. NDOT staff will also join the meeting to discuss transportation and other infrastructure design questions related to East Bank Capital Improvements Budget items.
This meeting agenda is limited to Capital Improvements Budget items surrounding East Bank infrastructure planning. Nissan Stadium renovation, design, or financing and potential campus mixed-use components lie outside the scope of this meeting. Those important discussions will be the topic of separate, future meetings.
