Metropolitan Council Special Called Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Meeting, May 31, 2023

The purpose of this meeting is to engage stakeholders regarding BL2023-1869, which amends the Metropolitan Code of Laws regarding the renewal of certificates of public necessity and convenience and permits for Entertainment Transportation Vehicles. Additional details regarding the format and procedures for this meeting will be forthcoming.

Entertainment transportation vehicle business entities and stakeholders affected by BL2023-1869 will be permitted to address the committee. Sixteen public comment slots will be available for speakers to address the committee. Each speaker is limited to two minutes.

Interested persons must sign up in advance by sending an email to [email protected] with the following information:

• First and Last Name, telephone number, email address, business or stakeholder entity, position for or against the proposed ordinance
• If all speaker slots are not filled in advance of the meeting, persons may register in person immediately before the meeting with Council Office Staff.
• Council Office Staff will determine the order of speakers.
