Listed below are the current issues that have been reported. These issues will be prioritized and addressed as soon as possible by the Nashville Webteam.
Issues Currently Being Investigated
- Missing historical meeting data and documents – meeting data prior to 2021 is being added to the website as quickly as possible
- Site Alerts returning after being dismissed
- Unwanted emails sent from GovDelivery subscriptions. Quickest solution for users would be to unsubscribe from any unwanted emails and this should correct the problem
Other Known Issues Pending Review
- Some documents not showing up on Event Calendars or Meetings
- Creating alerts that cannot be dismissed (for critical information)
- Feedback form changes to better tie into hubNashville Request types
- Broaden scope of “Services” to provide more access to other information on the site from the Services page
Features to Consider in a Future Update
- Open locations in native mapping apps (mobile)
- Ability to select date range on search results
Issues Beyond Our Control
- Internet Explorer 11 users are reporting blank pages, non-response from search and other issues. Microsoft has announced the end of support for Internet Explorer 11 as of June 2022. They have also issued a notice that some users may begin seeing problems with that browser as early as August 2021. The new site works best in Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or most other modern, up-to-date browsers. If you are experiencing issues and are using IE11, please consider changing to one of these browsers
- Some features on the site require that JavaScript be enabled in your browser. If a user has it turned off, some features may not work as expected
- Broken or out-of-date links on search engines like Google and Bing. We have requested that these be updated but beyond that there isn't much we can do until the issue is addressed by each search engine
