All New Opportunity for Davidson Homeowners
Last year's Property Tax Freeze Program limit of $47,750 of "qualified income" (as defined by state law) has been increased to $60,000. Trustee Gilmore championed this historic increase—the largest ever—resulting in thousands more residents being able to save their homes and keep Nashville home.
Trustee Erica S. Gilmore's Leadership and Advocacy
Trustee Erica S. Gilmore has been instrumental in achieving this increase. Beginning her advocacy as a District 19 Councilmember, she championed legislative changes and has continued her efforts as Trustee, influencing policies through the Tennessee Trustee’s Association. Her commitment to our community ensures that these programs provide relief and empower residents to thrive.
