Due to the recent surge in COVID-19 cases and in an effort to protect the health and wellness of staff and residents, the Office of The Metropolitan Trustee will operate under limited capacity for the remainder of the week. The office expects to return to normal operational capacity on Monday, January 10.
Trustee Erica S. Gilmore states, "While we pride ourselves in our ability to operate efficiently and assist all residents in whatever capacity they need - the health, safety, and wellness of residents and Office of Metropolitan Trustee employees is the most important consideration in making the decision to operate at a limited capacity for the remainder of the week."
Residents are encouraged to register and utilize electronic property tax billing found on the Office of the Metropolitan Trustee's website or to make a check or money order payment via the dropbox located on the Richard H. Fulton Campus.
Residents seeking to make in-person payments or to apply for the tax relief or tax freeze programs may experience longer than average wait times.
Taxpayers can visit nashville.gov/trustee to view or pay taxes. For more information on property taxes and payments, residents may call the Office of the Metropolitan Trustee at 615-862-6330.
