Mayor Freddie O’Connell’s Choose How You Move transportation improvement program focuses on four key areas: sidewalks, signals, service, and safety. It improves safety on Nashville's streets for everyone, offers public transportation 24/7/365 for the first time in the city's history, upgrades 2/3 of the city’s intersections to smart signals, so Nashvillians spend less time at red lights, and it completes the WalkNBike Nashville priority sidewalk network when combined with annual capital spending.
Mayor O'Connell invites all Nashvillians to interact with the plan program. This webpage will be frequently updated throughout its implementation.
- There are interactive maps that show what’s planned all the way down to the neighborhood level. As always, we want to hear from you.
