In accordance with the guidance set out by Mayor John Cooper and the Metro Health Department regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, all division of purchases staff who are able will be working remotely until further notice.?
During this time we will continue to provide the same level of customer service you have come to expect. Inquiries and calls for service may still be placed to our general line at 615-862-6180 or via email at [email protected].
Our goal will be to return all calls and emails within two (2) business days.
We know this is a difficult period for everyone—especially our small business partners, most especially our black and brown-owned businesses and women-owned firms. Please know that Metro is still here to support you. We will be working on new ways to provide services and regularly communicating with you as federal, state and local resources become available.
We all must do hard things, but we are doing them together. The division of purchases and the office of minority and women business assistance remain open and available when you need us.
