Families desiring to enroll their children into the Head Start or Early Head Start Programs, must meet the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines. Eligibility for Children with diagnosed disabilities
If your child has a diagnosed disability and has an Individual Education Plan (IEP) or an Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) that affects their learning ability, your child may qualify for enrollment in Head Start regardless of household income.
