- $85 million in proposed spending with black and brown owned firms; a $13 million or 18% increase over Fiscal Year 23.
- $98 million in proposed spending with women owned firms; a $59 million or 151% increase over Fiscal Year 23.
- $44.8 million paid to MBE and WBE subcontractors; a $6.6 million or 17% increase over Fiscal Year 23.
- 9% average proposed subcontract participation for black and brown owned firms.
- 7% average proposed subcontract participation for women owned firms.
- 62% of contracts completed in FY 24 met or exceeded MBE market availability.
- 87% of contracts completed in FY 23 met or exceeded WBE market availability.
