The Metropolitan Sports Authority meets on the third Thursday of each month at 10:30 a.m. Agendas are posted to the web page a week in advance of the meeting. Meeting minutes are posted upon board approval. For specific questions regarding meeting dates, times, and locations please contact the Sports Authority office at 615-880-1021 or [email protected]. Public Comment
Effective July 1, 2023, members of the public in attendance will have the opportunity to make comments to the Authority on items on the agenda to which the Authority will take action. Comments will be limited to two (2) minutes per person with a maximum of ten (10) speakers. Those desiring to speak shall submit a written request to [email protected] at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting identifying the reason for the request, the agenda topics(s) they wish to speak on and whether they are "for" or "against" such items(s). In addition to prior notice, intended speakers also must sign up on a dedicated sign-in sheet at least five minutes prior to the scheduled start of meeting.
