• 2,500 square feet of off-ice training space,

• Perani's Hockey World pro shop.

• Cost of Construction: Approximately $15 million.
• Financed By:
  • Sports Authority Bonded Capital - $15 million.
  • General Services Bonded Capital - $653 thousand.
• Repayment:
  • Arena Ticket surcharge revenues.
  • Non-Tax Revenues of the Metropolitan Government (if ticket surcharge revenues are insufficient).
