Nashville’s Open Data Portal includes Metro Codes information such as:

The Metro Codes ePermits System will allow you to search for permits, license, and complaint information for properties or licensed contractors. To view the original hard-copy documents online, the online electronic documents viewer offers the public access to items such as applications, permits, and notification letters.
The Metro Planning Department’s Parcel Viewer provides detailed information on properties within Davidson County to include ownership, zoning, assessment, permit history and more.

The BZA Tracker allows you to follow appeals filed with the Codes Administration to be heard by the Board of Zoning Appeals as they move through the appeal hearing process. View general information and hearing results about each case. Search by council district, meeting dates and case status.
