The Mayor’s Office of Development is the strategic arm that supports the sustainable development of local industries to create opportunities for all Nashvillians. This work includes attracting and retaining businesses in key industries, supporting the growth of small businesses and startups, and aligning workforce assets for an efficient talent pipeline. The office works in partnership with many local, state, and federal agencies.
