Welcome to the Office of Civic and Community Engagement for the City of Nashville and Davidson County.
The beauty of our city is our neighborhoods; they make every corner of the county unique. The Mayor’s Office of Civic and Community Engagement wants to ensure that we bring neighbors into the Mayor’s office regularly and work together to solve big or small issues. This administration knows how important it is for community members to have regular access to Metro leadership. Ways to move this forward will be through programs and initiatives such as MyCity Academy and the Neighborhood Ambassador Academy, which will give Nashvillians the tools to solve complicated problems and how to leverage city government. Organized neighborhoods provide accountability, and we plan to empower them to make Nashville accessible and beneficial for all.
