Department of Emergency Communications 2024 Annual Report
The 2024 Annual Report highlights the successful implementation of key initiatives such as Prepared Assist, which helps dispatchers provide verified, real-time information to first responders, as well as several partnerships aimed at improving service delivery and efficiency through a tech-forward approach.
“Our team embraced innovation and new technologies while strengthening our people. We worked together to lower non-emergency call volumes - improving our call answer times, through policy, process, and groundbreaking partnerships.
