Melissa Baldock
Historic Zoning PlannerMelissa Baldock is a Historic Preservationist 1 with the Metropolitan Historic Zoning Commission. She has over twenty years of experience working in the field of historic preservation. For several years, she worked in New York City for non-profit organizations that advocate for sound preservation and city planning policies. She also taught an historic preservation course at the State University of New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology, and has been a lecturer, tour guide, and panelist on a variety of topics related to historic preservation and architectural history. Melissa Baldock holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from New York University, and a Master of Science in Historic Preservation from Columbia University.
