Keckley was formerly an inspector with the Codes Department. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of North Alabama and a Master’s in Finance/Economics from Middle Tennessee State University. He has almost 30 years of experience in carpentry and rehabilitation, including that of historic buildings.
