Mark Eatherly is the Deputy Executive Director of the Metro Human Relations Commission, Metro Nashville's civil and human rights agency. His work at the MHRC is focused on creative interventions in inequitable systems and processes. Before his decade-long tenure with Metro, he developed programs to support newly-arrived refugees.
