Thank you for your interest in applying for WIC. WIC is a national health nutrition program that serves more than 30,000 Nashville women, infants, and children under the age of 5 years each year. It provides nutrition education, breastfeeding promotion and education, monthly food packages, and referrals to additional health and resources. If you are pregnant or care for an infant or child under the age of 5 years, please complete the form below and someone from our WIC team will reach out to you to assist with applying for WIC.
