Notice is hereby given that the Metro Public Health Department will hold a public hearing on March 8, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. at Lentz Public Health Center, 2500 Charlotte Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee, for the purpose of receiving comments on the Pollution Control Division’s proposed changes to Regulation Number 8, “Inspection and Maintenance of Light-Duty Motor Vehicles.” Regulation Number 8 is being revised to eliminate the vehicle inspection program. Written comments will be included in the hearing record if received by March 15, 2022, at 4:00 p.m., in the Pollution Control Division Office. Those testifying at the public hearing are encouraged to also submit their comments in writing.
