NashvilleNext is a dynamic plan. Since the adoption of NashvilleNext in 2015, the Planning Department and its many partner organizations have worked to implement its recommendations and policy. As a guide for decisions and actions, NashvilleNext should be reviewed regularly to stay relevant to the needs of our communities. New opportunities arise and different compromises are reached that may differ from those originally envisioned by the plan.
