The Metro Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 21, 2021 to consider proposed amendments to the Metro Subdivision Regulations.
The amendments currently under consideration would establish standards for minimum lot frontage for infill subdivisions along existing streets, outside of Neighborhood Maintenance (NM) policy areas.
Planning staff is currently accepting public input on the proposed changes. In order for your comments to be considered in the staff analysis and report, they must be received by staff on or before January 8, 2021. Comments may be sent to [email protected].
Members of the public are also welcome to submit comment to the Planning Commission regarding this proposal in advance of or at the January 21, 2021, Planning Commission meeting. The meeting is currently planned for the Metro Public Schools Administration Building, 2601 Bransford Avenue; however, the meeting may be changed to a remote teleconference.
