In light of the Governor’s order allowing electronic public meetings, the regularly scheduled April 23 Planning Commission meeting will be virtually held. While the Department is working closely with ITS to identify a range of opportunities for our community to provide feedback to the Commission, we are prioritizing residents’ ability to participate in and shape planning decisions while adhering to recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other federal, state, and local agencies for COVID-19 prevention
As we finalize strategies for added procedures that increase public participation, we will provide updates to our website, social media accounts, and email distribution list on Thursday, April 16.
- The draft agenda will be published to the Meeting Documents page Friday, April 17.
- We encourage residents to send comments as detailed on our Public Comment page.
Please visit our Planning Department Coronavirus Procedures page for updated guidance regarding public meetings.
