Lisa was promoted to Assistant Director - Land Development in July 2023. Prior to that promotion, she led the Planning Department’s Current Planning division from August 2018 after a 4-year tenure as Planner and Senior Planner. She previously spent ten years with the Hendersonville Planning Department, one year in McMinnville, and three years in the private sector.

Lisa is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and has served as vice-president of the Tennessee chapter of the American Planning Association. She holds a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of Memphis.
