Metro Water Services (MWS) will begin scheduling and performing sewer taps. This policy change does not impact water taps or water shutdowns; these will continue to be postponed until further notice. We will also continue observing our strict social distancing policy of 10 feet.
We are now able to accept and process credit card payments more expeditiously. When your payment is ready to process, your Development Services representative will notify you. Send an email with your permit case number, associated property address, contact name, and phone number to [email protected] when you are ready to pay, and we will contact you directly.
