- Day Center: Monday–Friday, 6 a.m.-2 p.m. (April-October); extended hours in winter.
- Winter Shelter: Available for adult males starting November 1.

3. Launch Pad Emergency Shelter
- For Young Adults (18-24): LGBTQ+ affirming shelter open nightly from November 1-March 31.
- Locations: Donelson (Sunday-Wednesday) and Green Hills (Thursday-Saturday).
