Meeting Our Neighbors Where They Are
At the heart of our mission is a commitment to be wherever our unhoused neighbors are. Across Nashville-Davidson County, a coordinated network of outreach workers conducts daily visits to outdoor communities, ensuring individuals experiencing homelessness receive the resources and support they need to improve their quality of life.
Our outreach efforts include:
Monthly Resource Fairs
Each month, our outreach team hosts resource fairs in different regions of the city. These fairs bring together service providers offering critical support such as:
- Job opportunities
- Food assistance
- Healthcare services
- Housing options
- And much more
Weekly Encampment Support
Outreach workers make weekly visits to areas where our unhoused neighbors gather. During these visits, individuals are entered into our HMIS database and connected to essential resources and services tailored to their needs.
Collaborative Connections
Building partnerships to better serve the most vulnerable is central to our work. Join us in making a difference! Connect with us at our next resource fair by emailing Joseph Parker at [email protected].
Together, we’re creating pathways to stability and hope.
