Jamila Grimes brings over 13 years of experience in property management, having worked with conventional properties, commercial real estate, and low-income housing. With a wealth of experience and expertise, she holds several housing designations, LIHTC Specialist, HUD Occupancy Specialist, and HUD Financial Specialist, reflecting her expertise and commitment to the field. She also has an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, specializing in Addiction from Lipscomb University. She utilizes counseling and her housing experience as a pathway to effectively communicate, ensuring individuals, families, and stakeholders feel heard and understood while advocating for affordable and sustainable living solutions for all.
