• Permit fee is $250 for Davidson County residents or $300 for non-residents
• Event attendance is limited to 150 people

Stone Hall

Make your special event a historic experience at Stone Hall. The house, a Colonial revival built in 1918, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Stone Hall is stately and charming, overlooking the beautiful grounds and garden on the Stones River Greenway. Stone Hall offers a relaxing atmosphere that makes special events grand in every way--with a large, open floor plan, dramatic architecture and features, and simple, ease of style. The grounds are magnificent! Enormous trees provide plenty of shade, the garden boasts in beautiful, seasonal color with over 40 different types of plants, trees, and flowers that are true to its original design and an enchanting garden gate—all nestled on the Stones River at one of Nashville's loveliest Greenway trails! You can imagine the amazing pictures you'll have from an event at Stone Hall!

Weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, parties, meetings, and celebrations can be held indoors or in the garden.

The Allee in Percy Warner Park

• Reservation fee is $250 per day for residents of Davidson County or $300 per day for non-Davidson County residents
• There are two separate time frames available: 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
• Ceremony only, limited decorations

The Steeplechase Grandstands in Percy Warner Park

• Reservation fee is $750 per day for residents of Davidson County or $900 per day for non-Davidson County residents
• Decorations are allowed and must be removed immediately after event
• Portable restrooms must be delivered for special events
• Parking is limited
• Electricity and water are not available on site
• Alcohol and amplified music are permitted with approval by the Board of Parks & Recreation

Hodge House in Percy Warner Park

Hodge House was built by the Hodge family around 1811, and the family and their descendants lived on and loved this land until 1928, when it became part of Percy Warner Park. In 2007, Metro Parks of Nashville and Friends of Warner Parks orchestrated the effort to salvage logs, hardware, and other parts of the original house. Rental of the Hodge House property includes: 10 space parking lot with additional parking for visitors who need ADA accessibility, air-conditioned/heated indoor space, early 20th century porches, one working fireplace, and tables and chairs to accommodate 30 people.

• Reservation fee is $150 per hour for residents of Davidson County and $180 per hour for non-Davidson County residents
• Decorations are allowed and must be removed immediately after event
• Parking is limited
• Electricity and water are available
• Alcohol and amplified music are permitted with approval by the Board of Parks & Recreation
