Nashville Aquatic Club
The Centennial Sportsplex is proud to be home to the Nashville Aquatic Club (NAC, a year-round competitive swim program operating in Middle Tennessee since 1975. The club is comprised of six practice groups ranging from the entry-level swimmer to the Senior National qualifier. NAC focuses on advancing the character, skills, and desire necessary for each child to maximize his or her potential. Through swimming, NAC develops physical fitness, self-discipline, and self-esteem, all of which help children to maximize their personal, intellectual, and athletic potential.

Nashville Metro Dolphins
The Nashville Parks and Recreation competitive swimming program is a year-round program founded to serve the Nashville Metropolitan area and surrounding counties. The Nashville Metro Dolphins swim team helps its participants meet new challenges, develop self-esteem, discipline, total fitness and health, and values children need to acquire at an early age. The Nashville Metro Dolphins develop and train youths ages 12 and under in competitive swimming. Special tryouts are held for all swimmers over the age of 12 years. The Nashville Metro Dolphins train at the Centennial Sportsplex and Hartman Regional Center.
