The Friends of Fort Negley, a 501(c)3 organization, supports preservation, education, and greenspace efforts at Fort Negley through gift shop sales. The FOFN Gift Shop, located in the Visitors Center lobby, offers a variety of Civil War related books and collectibles for kids and adults.
Each year, Fort Negley Visitors Center and Park offers a variety of special events including living histories.
