- Please extend courtesy to all players.
- Use Tennis courts at your own risk.
- All courts are first come first serve and have a 1.5 hour time limit when others are waiting to play from the time you began play.
- All disputes, including but not limited to disputes concerning court use and permits that cannot be settled will be reported to [email protected].
- Anyone who fails to comply with these rules or instructions of Parks employees will be asked to leave. Failure to leave when instructed may result in loss of privileges and/or revocation of permit.
- No food, glass, or alcoholic beverages allowed on courts.
- No pets allowed. Service animals are allowed with proper identification visible.
- Courts are for tennis and pickleball play only. All other activities are prohibited, including but not limited to bicycles, roller-skates, inline skates, skateboards, wagons, yoga, fitness classes and scooters.
- Please extend courtesy to all players.
- Children 12 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- No teaching or paid service of any kind authorized unless by approved Parks permit holders.
- All personal items brought into park must not be left at park. Items left behind will be disposed of. Items may include, but not limited to tennis equipment, balls, pickleball nets, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and other related tennis and pickleball equipment.
- Vandalism will not be tolerated and violators will be prosecuted. Vandalism includes, but not limited to painting lines on courts. Non-permanent tape lines can be put down, but must not damage the surface. Lines will need to be removed at the end of play.
- Music can be played, but must be respectful to others in regards to volume and content.
- Do not enter the field of play of another’s court during an active point. Wait for a dead ball.
Richland Park Court Pilot Program
With the high demand for tennis and pickleball courts, the Parks Department is going to implement a pilot program to assist both pickleball and tennis player with court time.
Court Schedule
- Courts 1 and 2 - First priority tennis
- Courts 3 and 4 - First priority pickleball
If there are people playing pickleball on court 1 or 2, and two or more tennis players are waiting to play, the pickleball players would need to relinquish the court immediately.
If there are people playing tennis on court 3 or 4 and two or more pickleball players are waiting to play, the tennis players would need to relinquish the court immediately.
