One of the cornerstones of each community center recreation program is youth sports. Participation in a healthy, positive sports program can benefit a child in many important ways. Metro Parks community centers offer a wide variety of organized sports activities for children of all ages and abilities.
Children, regardless of their skill level, can participate in such sports as basketball, flag football, soccer, softball, tee-ball, tennis, track and field, volleyball and more. Parents can also get involved by serving as volunteer coaches and team managers.
